What our organization offers:
Ages for which our activities are most appropriate:
The Wasatch Music Coaching Academy offers private and group instruction for drums, percussion, guitar, piano, violin, viola, saxophone, and bass.

Our coaching staff boasts over 500 cumulative years of professional performance experience, with extensive experience teaching privately, in public schools, as well as at the college level. We are dedicated to providing a "real world" music experience, where the students develop the skill to "touch the right key at the right time". We offer instruction and performance opportunities for all musical instruments, with application in all styles, including vocal coaching.

The Wasatch Music Coaching Academy offers opportunities for growth, while enhancing any current music instruction which the students may currently have. Our academy has been founded on the philosophy that most students want to study music to eventually have an opportunity to "play in a band or an ensemble". The reason that all of us continue to love music and to remain passionate about it, is that we are constantly able to express ourselves through playing opportunities…and are able to experience it simultaneously with other musicians. The joy of playing with others is the ultimate musical experience and is just plain fun! After all, we always use the word "play" with music.

For many years, I have believed that young musicians in training need a place to get the coaching and experience needed to be effective combo and ensemble member... to explore, play and learn to love many kinds of music, and if they desire become prepared for a great musical experience in college, and as a future professional musician. The Wasatch Music Coaching Academy provides a complete opportunity for aspiring musicians to obtain the enjoyment and fulfillment they desire from their talents in music. With combo and ensemble coaching, superior music instruction, and a variety of programs, the student will develop the confidence and skills necessary to compete successfully in college music programs, create various levels of success in the music industry, or simply develop a sense of personal satisfaction with music. Through dedication, loyalty, and hard work on behalf of both the coaching team and the students, this vision becomes a reality.
