Parkour Utah is the largest organizer and promoter of parkour and freerunning in the state of Utah. Our purpose is to promote parkour and freerunning while providing professional class instruction. We focus on a safe and solid foundation with proper form and then move into the bigger moves normally seen in movies, tv, live performances and in professional parkour videos on youtube and vimeo. We also work closely with the Utah Parkour community to hold community events and parties.

We teach parkour from the beginner to the advanced level. We current teach ages 3 and up, however we are working on adding children's classes. We can teach your kids to flip, run and jump like in the movies, but safely. First two classes are free!
