Neighborhood Art Center was founded by Tallia Feltis, who saw a need for community and creative space in Provo. She began work on the concept in March of 2017 and opened the art center in August of 2017 in a space in the Provo Town Center Mall.
Since its opening Neighborhood Art Center has welcomed hundreds of children and families to its studio and participated in many community events. NAC is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
