Fungal Focus Workshop - Wheeler Historic Farm

Oyster mushrooms are delicious and jam packed with nutrition. We'll go over an introduction to mycology, including the fungal lifecycle and biology. We will then talk about how to grow oyster mushrooms in our dry climate, including species selection and care taking tips. Each registrant will compile and leave with their own grow kit.
