Historic buildings (officers' homes, a bandstand, infantry barracks, the post chapel, etc.), military weapons and vehicles (cannons, helicopters, anti-tank guns), military uniforms, and artifacts are displayed at this indoor/outdoor museum.
Hours: Tue-Sat 12n-5pm
Fort Douglas was designated as a National Historical Landmark in 1970. Over one hundred original structures from 1863 through World War II are preserved by the University of Utah, the U.S. Army Reserve, and the Fort Douglas Museum.
