A self-described American country boy who loves his country, his family and his God, Tennessee-born Craig Morgan is one of country music’s best singer/songwriters. A former Army veteran, farmer, outdoorsman, EMT, sheriff’s deputy and motorcross racer, Morgan is as authentic as they come, with huge hits including “Almost Home,” “That’s What I Love About Sunday,” “International Harvester,” “Little Bit Of Life,” “Redneck Yacht Club,” “Tough,” “This Old Boy” and more. From working class anthems to real-life love songs, Craig’s songs are country chart toppers coming from a man who lives the life he sings about. He earned the U.S.O. Merit Award for his dedication to performing for military audiences, and is a frequent guest at the Grand Ole Opry, where he was invited to become a member in 2008. A cheerful optimist, husband of 25 years and father of four, Morgan is the same person on stage as he is off – and that believability helps him connect with audiences in a way few others can claim. “When you’re talking about the people who come to my show,” he says, “well, I am those people. I’ve heard people say they’re a different person when they get on stage. I’m Craig Morgan all the time. The only difference between me on stage and me in the barn is that on stage I’m singing, and in the barn I’m feeding chickens or working on a tractor.”
