3rd Annual Planting Good Relations
*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 09/28/2024
Welcome to the 3rd Annual Planting Good Relations! Come join us at Tracy Aviary’s Nature Center at Pia Okwai as we highlight the important work and leadership of Pacific Islander and Native American community organizations local to the Salt Lake City area around raising and education of children. How do we raise Pacific Islander children rooted in their ancestral cultures while living in Utah? How do we raise Indigenous children living away from their homelands to recognize and nurture good relationships with the Indigenous communities whose lands we live on? There will be a full itinerary of events including programming for children, dinner, and performances!
