What We Grow
Spring Crops
For 2013 we will start having cool season salad crops in the early spring, including salad greens, radishes, spinach, peas, carrots, kale, swiss chard, peas, etc.
Summer Crops
June: cherries, green onions, and the last of the cool season crops.
July: beets, green beans, summer squash, sweet corn, blackberries and early tomatoes.
August: Most of the July crops, plus garlic, onions, potatoes, mid and late season tomatoes (including most heirloom varieties), melons, peaches, and pears.
September and October: Tomatoes, corn, onions, potatoes, the last of the peaches, pumpkins and winter squash, apples, and fall harvest of many of our cool weather crops.
